I just did one for someone else and painted the reflector bowl .. on stock headlights. I've painted mine a few times though, I know what to do and not to do now.

The bowls would be left chrome if you have stock housings, you can order exact matching paint from automotivetouchup.com
It's actually not too bad once you get over the fact that you're cooking your headlights.
Shoot me a PM and I can tell you what to do if you'd like

Go to harbor freight and get some heat shrink for those exposed wires, some of that plastic tube that looks like conduit with the slit up the middle so we can tuck all the wires away once they are ready, electrical tape I've got plenty of, and a lighter. Come over this weekend, me and the little guy are flying solo Saturday, going to Uwharrie the following weekend.

Might wait until after I redo my headlights for the final time, that way all the wires will be tucked away for good

Just realized it's actually Tuesday and my new shroud/halo should be here in 2 days, and hopefully the lenses will be too. So that may work out good

2004 F-350...uh lots of motor work to go fast...er. Way to much to list. 2001: 3" leveling kit, ARB bumper, lightforce 240 blitz, 35" KM2s. SOLD 2008: OME 886s 90000 with dakars, LR UCAs, 5% tint, Satashi. SOLD 2015: Flooded and Gone
Shoot if the bumper would fit I'd probably give a decent deal. But if you are serious about the lights I'll take 200 that will come with the anti theft bolts... I'd give the wiring harness but it is cut to fit my exact set up. If you want I could still throw it in there but no promises on it working and fitting where you want them. The lights work great and the smilies are just filters painted. One is cracked but still secure like normal and doesn't come loose

Saturday it is then, I may be off at the shop getting my CMC done but that will get done early in the day so when you get there we can jack my truck up and paint the cab mount plates and work on your crap between coats. Harrison is going to mock you for your electrical work when you get here, he's mean, speaks his mind and he's a red head with a temper so just be ready. Get that backwoods mofo to join us and i'll even throw in those beers and wings.
