I Know you said many so I'm not arguing that. Just posting my experience when I got my tacoma. The dealer would not let me take my trade home or anything. Any parts I wanted off the mustang they pulled it into a bay and put it on a rack (were doing inspection on it at the same time) said I needed to take off now. Granted they sold my highly modified (their words, I didn't think complete suspension swap, Kenne bell mammoth, gears, transmission swap, interior re design, exterior goodies , exhaust, wheels and tires were too modified) within 24 hours on a sight unseen buy for 1k more than they paid for it.

I have some touch up work to do on the rack but I'm happy with the test fit.

Curious as well. They only go in one way. Rotors warp from getting them hot and going through a big puddle normally

Hmm think that depends. I'm sure if I wanted to swap out the custom grill they wouldn't have cared. However they offered me 1500 less than I wanted... I said no prob as long as I can throw my stock wheels and tires on and take mine. They re worked numbers and gave me 1500 more than what they said was the most they would go.

The toyota dealer I went to I have passed every day since I started driving. They don't normally have lifted vehicles (like some that put kits on and charge an arm and a leg for junk) but when they do they whore them out by parking up on rocks.

All In all maybe the sales manager just wanted the wheels and tires for his truck only time will tell. It worked out for me tho.
