So i blacked out my tail lights and blinkers on my 01 Tacoma and they are bright enough at night but in the day you cant see any light coming out of them at all. I was wondering if there is any way i could put LED lights into the tail lights and blinkers without having to change the entire plastic. I was hoping there is something alot brighter than stock that i can just slip into the stock brake light slot without changing anything else. If i can do that then i would absolutely love the lights.

You could do some like these. Led replacement bulbs. Gotta be careful what u get tho because some are really cheap and dim. Anything smd will be too dim really. Get the projector type or chip on board (cob) ones. Those should shine through the lens good. Best bet is to get ones with side emitting leds (to light up the reflector a bit) and forward facing led like the projector type (for a spot beam to penetrate and be seen during the day). All these I found on eBay.
Our trucks take 1156 and 1157. Not sure what the reverse light takes but think it's one of those too. Idk I haven't looked in so long so I may be wrong on the bulb type. Better check that.

You need to be super careful when you black out your taillights. I know you already did them and what did you use to black them out? I used V-Nite shades to do mine but I followed a write-up on here years ago and I only did a single mist over the plastics. As they start to dry they actually darken up quite a bit. LED's are good but problem is you wont find a lot that are brighter then even the brightest halogens out there. They just dont make them that bright so that people dont blind out other drivers. If you do go LED be weary of the ones you find on Ebay. I went with V-LED's and your going to pay a steep price for good ones.

I just want to know what the brightest possable brake light replacment bulb or led i can get. Like the brand and model because i realy dont want to get skrewed over. And i did the VHT Nightsade. My friend did them but he has a old Toyota with super thin plastic so his is realy visable. I just need the brightest possable brake lights mainly because if someone rams me, i will be at fault. i dont even care if i have to put a headlight in there i just need something extremly bright.

Check out V-LED's or even contact them letting them know about your situation. I'm thinking you might have to remove the VHT and do it over so its not that dark. How many coats did you spray on? Here are mine and its kind of at a bad angle but you can notice the side is just a light-medium gray and the back is the same it just looks darker from the angle but you get the idea.
