    If the company pays its usually in exchange for guaranteed service to the company for x number of years. If you fail to fulfill that commitment (leave the company, employment terminated, etc) then you have to reimburse the company the prorated amount they spent on your degree.

    Those Donk/Slab/Ghetto-fabulous wheels would be at home there.

    That's interesting; I didn't know of a company that did not require an employee to stay until I hired in with my current employer. My company doesn't have any stipulations for paying for an undergraduate degree but does when paying for a graduate degree.
