    Wife said to pull Tacoma into garage as much as possible for hurricane that didn't happen on our island.
    She was a little pissed that I was 1/2" from kissing her BRZ (part Toyota).
    I thought storm prep meant cocktails......stopped just in time. Not the cocktails, the truck.

    I had an '88 like yours and loved it. Even though it was the last year that had a carbureted engine, it still ran perfectly.

    They really are. I love driving that little thing.

    FYI, the 22r (Carbed) was available all the way into the next bodystyle (89-94). I had 91 2wd company truck that was carbed. 4 speed too. Odd little truck but had 300,000+ miles on it and ran great.
