Well the quotes are in from the shops regarding my UCAs. Taking them off, putting on new bearings, and re-mounting will be $290 in labor. If anyone wants to come to my place and help me do it for $200 cash and a case of beer let me know...

There's the full process in 14minutes, I'm thinking about trying it on Saturday (providing my parts come in on time). And there will be pizza and beer if you want to join.

 

You said the stock bushings blew out. Post a picture. Did you grease them too much?

Is this the stock UCA's or Total Chaos? They sell rebuild kits... And the front end is easy to take apart and reassemble

I honestly didn't look where Rausch was, just figured farther than I'd want to travel in my truck which I still need to do some maintenance on before its offroad ready.

 

Thanks for actually bringing that up Hunter, I would actually go there now that I researched it, only 2.5 hours away, not bad. Once I get new tires and maybe wheels and change multiple fluids, I will go

 

By the 6th? I'm not doing anything crazy this time. More for the hanging out and easy trails through the woods. Look up green trails at Rausch on YouTube. My stock honda civic could do those trails.

Hahaha, I wish that was all by the 6th! The maintenance, yes, but the wheels/tires by maybe this upcoming January I'm hoping. I have money that I've been saving up in a separate fund from my college money. Hoping to have enough with Christmas money and birthday possibly


And those are the kinds of trails I'd like to do Steve, some nice woods trails. I like riding quads more though cause I can go almost everywhere with one and beat on it more for less $..usually lol
