Not sure. There was a rash of threads that seemed to fit some of the TSB's so I bumped it.

I've added the '09 Sub TSB to the download site.
This post used to be a sticky. Not sure why it got unstickied. :) I've PMed P.T. to ask about it.

I've got a Tundra now but I don't mind maintaining this list. Just PM me with TSBs that aren't already listed.

man do they ever screw with you americans, haha, you guys need the same guidlines as us canadians, seeing as how they're all made over there you'd think yours would eb to the same standards as us.

Most of these TSBs apply here in Canada too if that's what you are talking about.

Great list! Thanks for the compilation. I will turn over 36,000 miles tomorrow morning, and I wanted to make sure there were no more possible freebies form Toyota before doing so.

does anyone have an issue with hearing a tapping noise (like someone tapping their finger on the outside of the window) on the drivers side?

also... i have been hearin massive squeakin sounds comin from what i assume are the shocks... ive had the rear susp TSB done. is anyone else having this issue as well? i didnt think it would squeak that bad this early, but it sounds like my truck is old in the ass end already, anytime my truck moves a little, or hits a bump i hear it.

    None... yet
Hey I've never posted here but read about the harsh ride TSB on this forum last week and had it done here at Toyota of Seattle. MUCH better experience there than I've ever had where I bought it (Michael's Toyota of Bellevue for anyone trying to decide between the two). Dropped it off yesterday and picked up the truck today. Love it. Thanks to all of you keeping us in the know!

Couple of questions. Got my Rugged Trail Edition last June, so it looks like I'd qualify for the rear susp. tsb, but the truck isn't under my name (it's under my dad's). Will he need to be the one to take it in? Also, does it matter if I take it into any dealership or does it have to go back to the dealership I got the truck from?

I called the local Toyota Dealership - they asked and I told them that I had a heavy load and it bottomed out.. they want me to drop it off to them next week for them to "see what's going on" - any thoughts? Let them go ahead?

    See: http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2nd-gen-tacomas/50582-rear-suspension-tsb-tomorrow.html

Print out the TSB and if it's under warranty and mileage they shouldn't give you any probs. They'll just make sure the part nos. match and then schedule an appt. That's what they did with mine anyways. And it rides fantastic now. Just need to let it settle then I'll see about lifting it...

..in that case I might just change it to a drop in - I won't want to drop my truck off in the morning and then drive there after work during rush hour... easier for me - I can do it first thing in the morning before I go to work if that's all they need ?
