    It probably wouldn't be too bad to do, however it depends on how many are really wanted/needed. Right now the current engine spans quite a few years and vehicles. The time, $ and development for just a few spacers might not be feasible. I'd need a minimum of 10-20 people committed to it before I could start working on it.
