I have a date at cbi on the 4th and 5th and should be in NE WY on the 6th.

 

so after about 6 months of trying here and there, i finally got the fill plug out of the rear axle tonight

 

Haha they are a bitch. The front sucks

 

ya i ended up having to weld a bolt to the fill plug and heat the housing to get the plug out.

 

I welded a nut to the drain on the front diff. Way better now.

 

Speaking of nuts, I'd sell mine for this.

Well my friends..I have officially left you..again.. In St. Louis and holy shit the humidity and heat is killing me.


I miss wy already

 

At the end of this week I will be doing the exact opposite. Leaving Florida and heading out west. And my route goes right through St. Louis.

 

Well its hotter then the hubs of hell here..compared to Wy anyways.

yea i know about those. Top of the line. like 3k for one i believe.

 

yea they are like the "original" Hard shell RTT or whatever. Very pricey.

they do work great especially for SUVs. Would work fine with a topper too.

 

yea i can think of a LOT better ways to spend the money...haha but maybe you'll be rolling in enough dough to make it. I don't think i would. You felt what Marcs was like. His is a shasta and with the right setup..won't even feel it.

 

yea those ones are nice. But i do love how roomy mine is all around. That one would feel a bit tight. That and no extra room either like the annex.

will be cheaper im sure. I THINK that style was like..1850??ish??
