I can't believe not one of you Nancy's is coming to Rausch on the 6th.

 

My truck is in no shape to wheel now,hoping it will be ready by the bigdogs event getting new strut and possibly springs ordering them next week I hope

 

I just need to confirm if I'm free that weekend, the overall event looks awesome and it's for a good cause.

Regarding your question before, I'm using TC UCAs, their bushing blew out (not the stock ones) and the repair kit will be here on Monday. I have decided to do the work myself, anyone who wants to join for a maintenance day is welcome to come over and drink my beer.

 

In November Ill have a full set of steelies for sale when I buy out my truck... 150 takes them

FREE STUFF!!! now that I got y'all's attention I think I've posted this in here already but tomorrow I'm taking a front bumper and crash bar and bumper fender pieces off of a 2010 black sand pearl tacoma to the dump unless someone wants them. Also the fog lights, stock 3 leaf pack off the same truck are going to the dump also shoot me a pm if interested.

 

I'd like to have a new bumper cover but i don't really need one :/ and i'd have to has it painted

Here is the video of the noise from the transmission, at the end of the video you can hear a distinct rattling that goes away when I push in the clutch.

At 1:26 you can hear a different type of rattling while driving down the road.
At 3:35 a different noise that is not me grinding the gears as I'm only on the throttle.
At 4:20 some idiot tried pulled out in front of me in Baltimore without looking in my direction before trying to pull into the intersection.
At 5:23 you can start to hear the faint rattle I push in the clutch at 5:39 and it stops then let it back out and in a few times until the end of the video.


Any ideas?

 

No clue. On trans noise

 

When you removed old clutch all of the springs were still attached to the center part of plate I assume no missing pieces of clutch material,just trying to rule out any debris in the bell housing

 

Destroyed.

 

Negative, I probably could of gotten away with ONLY changing the throwout bearing that was seized. The pressure plate and friction plate both still looked good. I have them still I can upload photos of them tomorrow.

 

I doubt it... just something isn't right. It's only got 50k on it... if I've destroyed the transmission that fast I want a medal!
