Now I'm starting to have doubts about Rigid!! I'm not getting vendor support and they deferred me to Rigid direct and I have yet to receive a response...:(

I'm gonna remove that one so it doesn't overheat and catch fire!!!

"have you tried turning it off, then on again?"

but seriously, that's the first time I've heard of rigid shit not working. there's supposed to be a reason they're a pretty gigantic penny

High-end doesn't always mean high-end I'm learning!! Now I'm glad I didn't spend 2K on a light bar! i would at least expect the support to be more responsive and better from a reputable company...

Cody...it's not a matter of turning it on/off. It's defective cut-n-dry. I would expect some electronics no matter who makes them to have that issue on occasion. It's just the fact that the vendor said he couldn't help me out now, so I'm trying to get a hold of Rigid and they're not responding. Guess I'll have to take the "Call them" route...

One out of 6 lights is bad. The other 5 perfect...no heating issues. The internals of the Rock lights have a circuit board and I believe one of the boards is faulty. Just get me a damn replacement!...lol

    Nate...talk to your boy!!!...:D

sorry, I was trying to make a play into the old computer joke

shitty deals though. did you buy it directly from them?

reminds me of when my $1400 coilovers started rusting 2 weeks after installation

Lol...over my head bro on that one...:D Yeah...I had rusting on one of my ICON's and they replaced it site unseen within a few days. That's support! I bought it from a TW vendor Benbacher. He seems like a nice dude, but I don't think he has good connections with corporate HQ to get things fixed if needed...

He seems motivated and timely in responding, but I don't think he can handle this sort of thing when it comes to replacements. Good for purchasing though! Fast and responsive

886 or 887 should be for the extra weight. 885 is same spring rate as the884 I believe. And just longer in height. I could be wrong

Ben just sent me a text to my phone and gave me a POC/number at Rigid. He said they'll take care of me. And he said to ask for some Swag as well...lol

I know there's a member on here that works for Servco Toyota.

Any chance of Hawaii getting any of the TRD Pro model(s), or is it even possible to order it?

Reason why I ask is that I asked the girlfriend to ask her friend who works for Lexus. The friend then asked a friend who works for Toyota. Answer was, HI ain't getting any or can't even order it.

Told her that's pretty much BS, and doubt that it can't even be ordered.

Servco not bringing them in. Maui Toyota got three Tacoma's TRD PRO on order back in June. They are not bringing in the tundra or 4runner only the Tacoma.

885 and 887 have the same spring rate (same thickness), overall height(length) is different.

886 have the highest spring rate (thicker coil) and should still give the most lift / stiffness

Well that sucks. Maui? That's a surprise. I would've thought Oahu, since it's a bigger market.
