Our fronts are slightly longer, but I'd rather have stock length since that would fit better. I currently have to zip tie them out of the way.
I don't notice any different feel.

When changing the lines you need flare nut wrenches to avoid stripping. Box wrenches and the like are unacceptable.

does anyone have a recommendation for a good shop in or around beaverton/portland.

i think im going to replace the suspension on my 4runner soon and i think i might just take it somewhere. It would be a plus if they are known for working on toyota's because I also wanted them to take out the xreas system at the same time.

Ah, OK. I thought you and Ben had sent back your front lines and got them shortened to stock length.

plugging my boss's brothers powdercoating business in Albany, for all you valley tacos
    http://www.advantagemetalworks.com/photos/

This guy powdercoats anything and guarantees his work. He even goes as far as saying that once finished if any other powder coater can find flaws in his work, he'll re-do it for free. He has contracts with the railroad, and from what I hear, about to start powdercoating boeing parts. Awesome guy to work with for any of you down in the valley. Also works for a professional race car outfit. He also just started offering cerakote ceramic coating. Great prices and great turnaround.

She's kinda quick. I really like the gear setup. 1st is a little tall for the engine though. Hard to go up hill at 1 mph up a steep hill like my driveway. Once you hit 3rd you can just pound it to 75 instantly and drop it to 6th. Sitting down you are literally centered with the wheels and it handles like a go cart. Sport already puckered my asshole. It's not a straight line rig for sure but fuck in fourth gear at 60mph around some po dunk oregon roads this bitch is epic. Already started the mod train. Bough this completely base model. I have plans...

Everything about it is just all out fun. It's completely impractical to be anything but a weekend toy I'm my opinion. Seats are set up for yaw stability. They are not good for a long trip. Ride is rough as fuck but shit go around a corner and you'll forget it quick. Also no arm rest or decent cup holders. It's a toy. Nothing more. Tacoma is the perfect DD. this thing just needs a road and a guy to press the gas.

There was a guy comparing these to the new mustangs and drove each one on a closed course. I think it was a v8 mustang as well. Difference in time was something like 2 seconds, FRS being slightly slower, but it handled the turns so much better than the mustang, and gave the driver a feel of the road rather than rely on namesake and v8 with huge body roll

The v6 Mustang beats the FRS in all categories. I doubt it was the Coyote and only by 2 seconds. I enjoyed my bolt on/tune 435rwhp '12 GT that got 30mpg and miss it every day! Until I hit a dirt road anyway :D
