Yeah I'll try to get one tomorrow. It hooks up to the car through a wifi dongle then gives a pretty good display of everything going on and can read/clear codes

I have mine in nearly the same exact place. I had a scangauge and sold it, only 4 things showing at a time and the readout was small and not that impressive overall. I tried using torque for a little bit but it either drained my phone battery too much or I would forget to pair up my Bluetooth. The ultragauge looks good, has way more options than the scangauge, and isn't as expensive.

Forgot to mention that Dashcommand will also give you your 0-60 time 1/8 and 1/4 mile time

Which I could care less about.
But I wish it would show auto tranny temperature. For my '99 truck, it doesn't, but I think it does for later models.

I'm not exactly sure what the ultragauge will display for a 99. Can yours display short term fuel trims, long term fuel trims and calculate MAF in lb/min?
I'd figure your ecu spits out as much data as mine.

Right now I got nothing besides a few aftermarket gauges, but I need something soon to be able to monitor different OBDii gauges

Ultraguage will not show trans temp, scan gauge will.
    I believe torque will.

Thanks. That was just the default dashboards. People have made custom ones for free download that display different things by default.

Not all of the ECU data is picked up by Ultragauge, not sure why.

For the UG, 'engine load', 'long fuel trim', and 'short fuel trim' are displayable for my '99, but I don't have those items configured for display. UG can be configured to display 3 pages of data items, and each page shows 6 items, for a total of 18 items that can be displayed by scrolling. My photo shows just the first (main) page that I always have displayed while driving. For the other 2 pages, I would park the truck and scroll.

The MAF is displayed in 'grams/sec'.
