It's been a few years but they used to have a wait time clock on their website, I used to check it during the day and wait till it got low and head in. Usually only took 30min or so. When I to my mc test I was in and out in around an hour.

If you take the MSF class and pass, you won't need to take the road test, just the written part. Go to a place like Truckee or Capitola and you won't have to wait ;)

Lol last time i went to the DMV it seriously took 3 hours.
I ended up leaving after an hour and going to go get some tacos, ate and then went back an hour later. Still had to wait another hour.
I hope the DMV out here in the Delta isnt as horrid as the one in Hayward.

Also its the whole 3 day MST course whatever thats kinda holding me back.
Not sure when ima have time off

That's what I did, was worth it. Took it somewhere in Hayward.

Wow I've never had to wait that long!

I've always had good luck with appointments :notsure:
The last time I went I was renewing my DL and getting a new photo taken. Made an appointment a few weeks in advance. When I went the day of there was a huge line wrapping around outside the building. I started to head to the back, but asked if anyone had appointments and no one did, so I went to the front and asked the DMV guy out front if there was an "appointment" line. He said yeah, go inside...and I walked to the front of the line, straight to the counter :D
Was in and out in less than 15 minutes!

This ^^ take the MSF course, it's not that expensive and you actually learn something if you are new to riding.

The other MSF benefit, esp for new riders, is a break on your insurance.

    Hahah

First of all, Pelfreybilt Hybrid. TC MT, will most likely have the Solo LT someday soon.

Secondly, yea can't disagree, drove up to Folsom from Walnut creek this morning, just got done with dinner with my Bro in law and sat in traffic all damn afternoon lol, soon as that right lane opened up, I was done with it all lol. You tailgate :D. That is all <3

Hahahaha you used the emergency lane as a passing lane around that semi in Davis! Hahaha no worries. I'm guilty too. Good lookin truck man! Those fenders make it look like LT. I told my girl. "Babe, my truck is gonna look like that one day." Haha

haha yea that lane ended way to quick. I chickened out to early and didn't gun it enough, then at the last second said 'fuck it' and tried to make it. Was honestly waiting for red and blues after that lol. Ahh well, shit happens.

haha good luck with that :D. These money pits never quit :D. I'm already looking into caging everything and my bank account keeps cringing.

Take the MSF class. They provide almost everything. The other thing, if you find motorcycles are not for you, you can walk away having only spent a bit of money. Go the DMV route, you will need riding gear and a bike with which to take the test.

Any of you up here in Pollock this morning? Black 2nd Gen AC with light bar in front, decal in rear window of an AK (or similar) and a Bear next to a red star. Just up the street from my house.

Weather was perfect, didn't even need to sleep in my sleeping bag one night. Would love to see the scenery in the snow but that drive would seem sketchy without the right equipment.
