    The 50 will LESS louder and 60 even less and bulkier. 40 is the best. Flowmaster just wants to sqeeze a few more $'s outta us. :D

    Perhaps in the past ... the TRD OR is now the SR5 package with extras ... my '14 came with OR bedside decals ... as do others.

    They have changed things up over the years.

    Yep! It was my understanding that an SR5 just meant it was a 6lug and then your could either be base SR5, and Prerunner or 4x4 TRD OR or Sport. Either way, mine came with the SR5 and TRD OR badging.

    50 used to be identical in exterior sound level but less noise/resonance in the cab compared to the 40. I swapped from a 30 which was way too loud in cab to the 50 instead of the 40 for that reason.

    SR5 has always been a convenience package ... leather trim ... power windows/locks ... chrome rear bumper ... ect ... it could be a 5 lug 2wd or PreRunner ... 4wd folks, fill us in, I don't know ... now, the TRD OR, and perhaps the Sport, has that same package plus e-locker ... nicer seat (imo) ... bigger tires ... 265s v. 245s ... throughout the years it has evolved ... the SR5 badge is no longer slapped on the OR ...
