who knew there was so much dirt and mud in the arctic circle. i'm highly sad and let down that there wasn't more snow, igloos, polar bears and eskimos.

 

We ended up eating at Radical Eats for brunch. Vegan request, but not bad actually, just expensive.

 

The pepper tree on Richmond drive is a great vegan buffet.

Pecan wood is good for bbq! Pecans itself explode in fire, not so good

 

Pecan is great for bbq. Gives a neutral smokey flavor. I usually use it for everything, except chicken.
