Yeah, I know. This isn't the first time, but this is the first I've done carnuba to finish. I think the only other possible thing would be to clearcoat them. Most products are shit for durability, and there is some cracking in the plastic lenses anyway. I'll get OEMs soon, and that will be when I color-match the corners and put on the Craigeroshi.

I don't understand the issue of headlight restore longevity. I mean if the scratches and pitting are sanded and polished down to good plastic, isn't it like starting over? Why wouldn't you then use clearcoat to protect it from further damage?

So, good times.. I just took apart my driver side suspension to install the 5mm ome spacer and found this.. I assume the passenger side is the same. I hope downsouthmotorsports.com or OME warranty this..

Also how do you get the OME 5mm spacer on??

 

Yep, that one but I can't get the coil seat over the plastic boot.

Is it safe to continue to run the shocks like this? If I replace the tophat/top plate?
