'twas your fault.... j/k but wonder if the weather had anything to do with it. Heard on the news the other day, that the ground water depleting could cause an earthquake if that was the cause here. Still praying for rain for the western half of the country.

Weather has been totally screwed up for quite awhile...causing plenty of problems around the country...

Better get to the doc's with the knee Susan, don't want to do more damage and be laid up longer...the girls need someone to take them on their walks...have a good Sunday.

 

You mean I can't be like my son... he injured his knee in July at soccer camp.... Yeah, I PAID for him to injure his knee he played all fall/winter and into the spring on it. He'd been to the doc who said he needed surgery and he said no - he was 16 and said it wasn't that bad. Kid has a HIGH tolerance for pain and he came home one day and said it was time, I knew it was. He recovered quickly and was playing within a month.

 

Hate to bring this up ... But none of us are 16 in here.

Oh, you very well know my point. But I'll tie in my confession that I'm still not mentioning my knee pain to the doc until October.

Duryea hill climb; I never heard of that one.
Have gone to the Weatherly hill climb several times over the years, the Freemansburg hill climb for bikes, and the one at Wannamakers for 4wd's.

Glad to hear they are springing you tomorrow Charlie just take it easy for awhile and don't overdo it...Fortunately I only have one knee that's an issue...but back is bothering me since Monday...doc gave me steroids and got an xray...usual arthi-ritius, deterioration of some lower spine bones and a partially bulging disc...Told the doctor old age is gaining on me-first the gray hair, then losing the hair, then needed glasses, now just got hearing aids, the back pain and knee issues...what next

 

It's nice to see that you're heading home tomorrow. You'll have to rest up a bit before you get back to too many activities, but you'll be back to normal before you know it. I'll keep you on the prayer list a bit longer. Take care.
