nothing. I like the relentless design better. It does have that shelf to get hung up on. Also im getting the hoop on the front and a powder coat for about 200 more then I can sell my bumper for. Plues I like that the bumper can hold 4 d2 leds and a light bar.

    haha

    thanks

Thats awesome. RTTs are awesome. I saw you posting on that thread for RTTs directly fro mthe manufacure. Hopefully it all works out.

Are there parts of the rubicon we can do on IFS?

I'm going with tepui, 99% sure, but I'll still help them out with a few logistics things if I can, since I have experience.

So stoked for your new bumper, it's gonna be mean lookin. My jeeper buddy did a little bit of it last week. Said some of the gnarly stuff had bypasses. *shrug*

At the very least, there is good camping and water nearby to launch kayaks! Fckin love kayaking. Good riddance to the bikes IMHO - sold both bikes, getting rtt and kayak in place.

Nice. to bad your missing the trip this weekend. There will be lots of kayaking. Your going to love your tepui.

I still need to figure out how to fit the tepui and the kayaks on the roof.

I tried that first. It didnt work. Im driving to reno tonight after work to get the bumper. Tomorrow I will figure out the kayak tepui situation. If I get it to fit it would be sick.

What about just using ratchet straps?

I have kayak racks but the kayaks are 10 feet long so they will extend into the tepuis bed space. I need to figure out if I can slide the tepuis back and push the kayaks forward.

So after working a full day yesterday I drove 230 miles to relentless metal fab in Nevada to get my new bumper. I have ordered 2 more d2 lights and a light bar for it.

It's going to be completely custom made by one of the fabricators at Denton Racing once we get a cad drawing done up I'll throw up a picture in my build thread but it wont be for a week or so due to labor day.

Nice. Nathan had these extenders from toytec and he had alot of reach. I think I might get a pair.

That sounds awesome. Ill keep an eye on your thread for pics.

Good thought - wish we could do that, shock design is different for 1st/2nd gen. Yours bolts straight up through a bracket in the top, hence you can thread that extension on. Bilstein 5125's will probably work for my needs, and dirt cheap.

Yeah but Ill need wheel spacers to keep the tires off the frame when flexing and longer bump stops.

I'm gonna see how it goes without the spacers for a bit... Not sure I really trust them.
