Crazy request. Anyone local here have room for me to park an RV for about a month? I am picking it up from NJ in two weeks and have a spot reserved for it but cant put it there until the middle of October. Cant keep it at my house as it violates all the HOA bullshit. Storage facilities want stupid money. Willing to throw some cash someones way.

Most bases have lots for shit like that... Put it on the Lemon Lot with a stupid high price! No one will call and you store it for free.

 

I checked on Norfolk base and they only do 6 month leases for $416. Fuck that. Not really a lemon lot here on this base either.

 

Don't need the auger yet. But Saturday is a definite. Need to remove the old chain link fence and posts. I think the demo is going to take me a few days

Anyone have any recommendations on a local tire vendor? I currently have the Bridgestone Dueler HT's, 265/65-17's and am thinking about getting 265/70-17 AT's for a little more aggressive tread. The stock tires only have 7000 miles on them so far so I'm hoping for some trade in value?

Also, I know a lot of you are serious off roaders, I'm not, but what are your opinions on a particular brand tire? I looked at the Tire Rack reviews and it looks like there's a nice Firestone AT as well as couple of Goodyear AT's that won't break the bank and get good reviews.

Opinions?

 

If you're not in a hurry to replace what you got, wait for merchants tire to run their buy 2 get 2 free sale. Usually happens a few times a year. I put 4 Yokohama geolanders on my truck for @ $525. Just check their website.

 

Thanks. Not really in a hurry. If I do change them, was hoping to do so before winter. Even though we don't get much snow here I do go north sometimes.
