30 and younger thread

I have zero debt, but from what people tell me they do.

 

Especially when they graduate with an art degree and can't pay them back

my friend just moved out of his place to live with an uncle, and worked enough to cover most of his tuition

but took out a student loan to cover rent and tuition

I told him to get rid of that shit now, but his logic is

"Well if I don't get a good enough job after I graduate to pay this off later, I suck"

I'm still trying to figure out what I want a degree in.

For now I'm just going to finish up what I need for my CCAF degree. Still need 30 hours, and 15 of those are electives...

 

Because its still got damnd spensive Air Force boy!

I'm just glad they haven't completely cut our tuition assistance again. Although if they did, nobody would be making us enlisted guys go get degrees haha

Yes and no.

Haven't directly lost any money because of it, yet. But quality of life has changed on base.

Sucks that they got rid of sign on bonuses. If they still had those I'd be able to make an extra ~$30,000 up front and ~$30,000 over 6 years if I choose to re-enlist.

 

i'd take less money any day to be in an environment that offers more

The GF's brother has an art degree. He's 34 and works at a movie theater...

 

I myself am not a huge fan of red/orange on vehicles but that is a nice color. Would look really good with some black accent.

 

Red and black is noice. Personally, i'd want a white one....with black accents

You will prove your worth and the money will come. Making bank right out of school isn't expected anyways. Welcome to life.

You'll work your way up. I'd take the location man. You'll be basically home and in the area that you KNOW is awesome.

Better then most situations I'd say.

Who cares if your not making top dollar right away.
