i agree with all of this but the gluten part, think what you want I'm not gona argue about it but i got diagnosed with a gluten intolerance and milk intolerance (not allergic) and since being off it feel 10x better. the two books written about you having to have celiac to be bothered by gluten were written by a cardiologist and a neurologist not an RD. thats not in there field of study. blood work shows my IGE levels for gluten are high not high enough to be celiac but enough to be sensitive to it.

Celiac disease is an extreme intolerance to gluten where eating gluten will actually damage the lining of your intestines and cause mal-absorption along with many other symptoms such as all types of GI issues, skin issues, headaches, arthritis, depression and the list goes on and on.

A gluten sensitivity is when you do not have true blown celiac and your intestines are not completely damaged but eating gluten makes you feel worse and can often cause very similar if not the same symptoms of those with celiac disease.

Niceeee. On my old phone, my alarm in the morning would be the opening riff. Almost impossible to have a bad day when you wake up to that riff

    I'm a chemistry student, bro's a molecular biologist, dad's a biochemist turned doc

but at the same time, I grew up on a macadamia nut/coffee farm, as did my dad- but my dad/grandparents were so poor back in the day, they farmed for sustenance

so we shit all over the anti -GMO/pro organic debate hahaha

I'm not educated enough on topic to comment on gluten sensitivies outside of celiacs, but the whole "ZOMG THAT BRED HAS LIKE 3 GLUTENS, YOU'RE GONNA GET SO FAHHHT BECKYYY" shit is annoying as fuck

    Did back today -

pullups - 4 sets till failure
db row (low) - 4 sets of 10
    incline t-bar row - 4 sets of 12
    face pulls - 4 sets of 12

felt pretty good, its still weird not dropping in reps and upping my weight, one more week of this then onto the next phase

Lower A workout is today. Very excite! I'm already up to 187 lbs from 180 in 3 weeks. I should probably cut the calories back a bit...NOPE!

No worries I'll be having a super senior year because I went part time last year and have additional pre req's to do that's not in my major. No big deal being a super senior :)
