This stuff is awesome. I did my front bumper, rear bumper, door handles, mirrors and grille on my old FJ and it still looked good 3 years later when I traded it in. Will definitely be derping parts on my Taco when I get it.

I am not really a huge plasti-dip fan, but I think it has it uses.
The black plastic parts of my roof rack was fading in the sun, and actually starting to get a little dry and brittle on the surface also. I think this is a good plastidip application, since it will not only make it look black again, but also provide a protective layer from the sun.

    IMG_0984[1].jpg
And the nicest thing is that it is easy to mask off - nothing has to be precise; just a big square around the bracket and good to go.

figured it out. One wash in particular has wheel cleaners that are abrasive and taking off my emblem derp derp. Meaning I won't be going there because it's too rough on the truck in general.

Other "touch" automatic washes don't cause any problems, as I did bout 5 coats. Looks like I'll have to touch up my T on both sides of the truck, and find a new car wash.

Damn. I really need to do something with my wheels. My offroad wheels are chipped, flaking, and peeling all over the place. i'd have to put in some serious effort before dipping them or painting them, but they look so good.
