    I had to do that last semester. I had to take SPAN 1001 and it was full of a bunch of shit heads....I couldn't be too mad b/c I know I was the same way as a freshman. They still had the, "haha let's be funny and distracting like we were in high school", as opposed to the, "okay, let's get the fuck in, do the work, so we can get the fuck out" mindset that comes with experience lol

    I actually liked the platinum pre from ON. It had a bit of a weird taste to it, until I realized it was the cayenne that would burn my tongue for a bit, which was odd because it was lemonade flavored, so sweet with a random burn here and there. But it worked quote well

    I'm excited to try it. ON is my favorite brand and I try to use their products exclusively, but I've been testing all the pre-workouts out to see which is best for me and so far, Assault and Pump Igniter are, but I think ON may steal the show, especially with my bias factored in :anonymous:

    i was looking at this and i am kind of interested. question though, for your strength exercises, are you doing a 1-2 or 3 rep max? if not, how are you choosing a weight?

    I understand the science lol...I'm just saying it's crazy. I went from 1 trip in the morning on my cut to like 3 times a day now. Up 7 lbs in 3 weeks. I'll be in the 1000 lb club by mid Sept I hope

    Calories in vs. calories out. Eat about 5 a day and see what happens

    My biggest fear. I've been gaining nearly 2 lbs a week. I really need to cut back the calories a little, but I CANNNNNN'T!

    Im down to 200lbs! Not bad for a summer of beer, bbq and pure laziness. I still eat like i am on a bulk too...who said cutting was hard?
