To each their own, and depends on everyone's painting setup. After hacking during the day and the amount of cleanup (to my person) I had to do, just finished putting on a 3rd and 4th coat on the sliders. Had an old fire/paint/chemical suit sitting around, goggles, respirator, and even gloves... i don't care if you are in an open garage or what, but that stuff has to be bad for you to breathe in.. even just the lingering mist. Strip off the gear and am clean as a whistle. Sweaty, but clean and black loogy free...

Gonna let that sit till Tuesday, paint the bottom of the slider brackets and the other brackets, look to install next weekend.. (or friday.. lol)

Maybe a small blessing, but still killing me as I would have them on already if I could. Can't even start to install till Friday. Maybe better so can give the paint some time to cure fully. Friday put the side bolts in, Sat maybe start to drill.

Hey, guys. Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but I have a set of sliders for sale. I purchased a set of sliders during last year’s Thanksgiving sale for a 2012 doublecab-shortbed. Details below:
80" Sliders, Model: 2nd Gen, Kick Out, Bolt On, Powder Coated Black Coal: Powder Coated

I had to sell my Tacoma before my move to Hawaii, and I currently have the sliders on Hickam. They are brand new, never installed and still in the original shipping packaging from BAMF. I received an awesome deal on the sliders and paid a fair shipping price. I no longer own a Tacoma, so I’d like to offer them up here before I try listing them somewhere else.

I am asking $550 firm. PM me if you are interested. I can provide the original invoice at time of purchase for your records if needed.

    Thanks.
