    At your age its all about learning the lifts and getting used to weights.. that way itll be easier for you down the road and your body will already have that muscle memory

    Same here. Drank beer 1 day a week, had a cheat meal, and still lost 20 lbs.


    Look into a mass-gainer shake. I was in the same boat and got a tub of Serious Mass. I was going through 2 tubs a month. You've just got to consume calories, since your metabolism is so high. I'm talking like 5000+ calories. Eat dirty as fuck while you can because at about 22-23, your metabolism will slow down and you'll have to eat a little better. #ectoproblems

    Ill live by that serious mass... Ihad two shakes a day with that stuff... one AFTER breakfast and one AFTER dinner... my first shake had PB 1 bana 1/4c oats and 1/2c spinach my shake after dinner was just plain (all of this was blended with whole milk)

    I did two a day, too. 2 cups of whole milk, a packet of oatmeal, a banana, peanut butter, and anything else I could think of. I never thought to put ice cream in there! The banana flavor was off the chain!

    I didn't do the strength exercises in between. I just timed how long it took me to do my 500 swings so I could try to progress. My best time was 27 minutes.

    Instead, I did 60 pushups and 30 chin ups after my swings in as little time and sets as possible.

    Going back to deads, squats and bench after the program my strength did suffer a little..but its taken only like 4 sessions to come back to where it use to be. Small price to pay for fat loss and body recomp.
