I didn't measure before I installed but there is not much sag. I'd say ~3/4"

Lots of bolt on chrome stuff
Why the X2O rather than the new XRC? XRC is IP67 I believe, which is fine for anywhere I want to take my truck. Clearance issues?

I was wondering about the weight of these things with a winch mounted up. I already don't like how low my front end sags (stock) and wanted to go with a small lift to kind of level it out and add some capacity all around.

I was thinking of the OME lift with 886s up front because of the weight (with this winch bumper). Any thoughts on if that's overkill for this?

The mount and winch adds ~130-140 lbs give or take, depending on if you use synthetic or wire. The 886s might be a little much unless you have a plate bumper/skids/sliders/etc (200+ lbs). I'm going to use the OME lift with Dakars and 887s, same rate as 885s but a little taller. I'm looking for about 2.5" lift all around, slightly taller in the back hopefully.

That's where I have a tough time deciding... For a long while this rig won't be a serious offroad one so this bumper and the plastic bumper cover is ideal. But sliders will definitely be added later and I could see the need for a full plate bumper eventually too and I think that weight might push it over the limit. I guess swapping to 886s later isn't really that cumbersome... probably worth the comfort in the mean-time

Same here. Sure I'd like to throw a lot of mods (and weight) at the truck today but realistically it's going to be a long process. 886s alone aren't expensive and they're easy to swap later when the need arises.

If you wait a month I can give you a review of this set up. I have an OME kit with 886's sitting in my garage waiting for me to get a day off work, and my bumper is half way here. I also have a couple light bars up front that add a little bit of weight, but no aftermarket skids or sliders yet.

I don't guess it really matters, as the control box should clear on the XRC winches also. I know for sure that the X2O winch will clear.

I think mine probably weighs in at 120lbs. I installed bilstein 5100's set at 0 with Eibach/Toytec springs.

I will post some pics with springs installed no winch/bumper, and then one with winch/bumper.

Pic on left is no winch/bumper. Pic on right is with the winch/bumper.

Opened mine up finally... arrived with just one of the lower mounting tabs bent 90 degrees from the other one. I used a large crescent wrench/dead blow hammer to bend it back with no problems, but I'd say either UPS is tossing these things around, or you need to consider some different packing methods, like either foam blocks or cardboard crush pads... Overall, very happy though! Got it cleaned and primed today, paint tomorrow, install Sunday!
Thanks again for all your hard work!

Did a little wheeling while I waited for the primer to dry... little bit of damage to the drivers side rear bumper... looks like another thing to work on tomorrow!
