    It was partially that, but mostly schedule related. I will no longer have to work Sundays and instead of working every Saturday, I will work every 3rd. That will give me so much more family time. I can't wait.

    We did have another tech walk into the office right after me and quit. Said today wo u led be his last day and another is leaving next week. Changes suck, but I thank God for putting this opportunity in front of me to move on and spend time with family.

    I should be able to. The main thing it will change is warranty work and possibly the price of parts might be a bit higher, but we shall see. Only time will tell. But I also think, knowing my current parts director, I will likely still get great prices at toyota.
