Yeah, great event if you like to stand around and watch a bunch of tool-bags talk about how cool their stock rubicons are whilst stacking enough rocks that a prius could make it.

Can I get a yes or a no for people who are going?

If this is going to be your first time on the Rubicon please mention that as well so we can make sure you are ready for a trail like this.

I'm lurking until further notice. October up here is sketchy in terms of weather. Mid october last year there was well over an inch of snow on the ground.

Update. The Rubicon is closed from the king fire.

Please check back for updates but as of right now there had been very little interest and the trailed closed on us.

    Try again another time

Keep me posted Jerry. I definitely would like to run this if they open it back up. I'm hopefully getting my new springs here next week.

If they open it back up I am definitely going to the Rubicon. Very unlikely though.

For a backup me and a couple of buddies are planning a trip to the red mountain ohv area. Near dusy ershim. Going to base camp at one of the small lakes and do day trips to the other lakes.

Anyone is more than welcome to join.
