how to fit devil horn on first gen

    ok ive vented and am still pissed off so i need something productive to do. i just got my devil horn for the yota how do i pop out the toyota emblem off a 1st gen, and how would i make the new one fit

    easiest way it to just pop the grill off there is two screws and two clips right on top. Then the emblem just has two tabs on the back squeeve em and it comes right off. Just screw the new one on and your all done takes maybe five minutes.

    i dont think the horned one fits the first gen without modifications to the plastic grille

    There are little ridges at the edge of the grill that the emblem sits in (so the emblems recessed a lil bit.) You could probably just sand them down to make the thing fit.


    And afaik, there are no screws holding in the emblem. Just 3 clips is all I remember whenever I took the emblem out...and of course I broke one of them so now I'm running a ghost emblem!

    1st gens have 3 shitty plastic clips holding it in...

    those devil horns probably wont fit without some modification to the grille as previously stated

    It's a good thing theres an emblem behind the emblem, cause I'm not paying $30 for a sparkly piece of plastic!

    there are more than 3 clips to the grill 2 scxrews on top 3 clips on top and 3 clips on bottom, still trying to reach the bottom ones, lol i need a damn step ladder

    found a chair to stand on...got the bottom 3 clips, now how do the clips on the stock emblem work?

    oh, to take the grille out theres 2 screws and like 7 clips.

    to take the emblem off is only 3 clips.
