The Official Gym & Fitness Thread

I actually enjoy going to the gym a home gym would get boring to me. I guess it'd be nice to not deal with the bros, but I like conversing at the gym

 

not me, i hate the drive to the gym, the music, the people, if i had my home gym, i'd workout just in compression shorts, music blasting, and fucking make all kinds of manly caveman noises.

 

I like both. I've got all this stuff but I also have a free gym membership through my employer.. Some days I come home from work and am tired and don't wanna go to the gym... So I just do a quick workout at home. Other times when I'm not as tired after work I'll go to the gym and mix it up some. I definitely enjoy having both options. It's kind of cool to be a loser on a Friday night and get a sick workout in and then walk to your fridge and grab a cold beer lol

 

I enjoy both most the time. Sometimes working out at home is hard motivation wise. Having people around to laugh or possibly videotape me keeps me in good form and heavy weight. I just use the home gym now a few times a week to do cleans or deads since I can drop my weight. I tend to hate the uni gym just because everyone is 150lbs with the ego of a pro bodybuilder.

 

If I had a home gym I would have to hire some girls to walk around half naked so I got the whole experience of my normal gym

 

I agree with this too.. When I was fat and out of shape I did P90X at home.. It got me started. When I finally started lifting weights and being a man I loved the gym and didnt realize what I was missing out on

 

What is Tren ?

tried a new flavor of ON whey... strawberry banana. it's pretty dang good... fyi in case anybody is looking to try something new... i know ON is one of the few things we all definetely agree on in here lol

There's also a ph/designer steroid that's popular right now called trendione that converts to trenbolone once in the body

Didn't do upper b yesterday, so I'm doing it today and doing lower b tomorrow....provided I'm not too hungover from today's Georgia game. I see mass quantities of Bud Light in my immediate future

I guess it helps that I live 1.4 miles from the gym.

When I'm lifting, I don't play, but I like to converse in between sets and let niqqas know they ain't got shit on me lol
