Next up is a coil-over rebuild and re-valve which includes turning them into "extended" versions... After that it's cam tab gussets and spindle gussets. Gussets to happen at xmas time likely so Monte can burn them in for me

It looks like way more than the 8 inches (at the wheel hub) I have now.

 

Eh the uca makes it look dramatic. Next time the coils are off I'll cycle it.

 

How close is your UCA to touching the coil? Mine almost touch my ORI's and they are a smaller diameter than a coil.

Also my UCA's have dented the tops of my fenderwells but that has some to do with cab movement on hard landings.

 

I've got a good half inch. Might get closer when the coils go to extended versions... Gonna strap it up tho at some point so i dont jack up my lower heims so quick and the shock internals.

 

I'm going to have to take you up on that!

You need to gopro your superbumps on one of your jumps Brady. I wanna see what they look like, probably totally pancaked out!

 

That would be interesting! They pancake out pretty bad from just the static weight of the rig when I have the ORI's deflated.

 

Yea I really wonder how crazy they get smashed out!? Do your bumps pretty much touch your LCA at ride height?

I win! Used three ratchets to compress the 700 pounders enough to get them off the shock

and yea Drew those straps were tiiiight Why i used three! Not to crazy with all three if you ask me. Good way to do it if you are in a pinch and cant get to a spring press

 

I think you should keep the toytech coil overs...they are ballin...
