I'm too old and clever for that crap now. Traveling ridiculously on distances on a motorcycle to go for a ride on a motorcycle is something you do when you're 20. I rode two hours on the highway on the Ninjette last year when I went to pick up my Tacoma in Portsmouth; that was enough.
If I'm riding long distances I like to break it up. I'll ride down to visit my buddy in Rochester NH, stay for a night or two, then ride back.

For those who are interested in Boston Tavern on 9/20...how does 12:30 sound?

I figure that way no one has to get up particularly early or if people want to run errands in the morning they can. If anyone has something going on that night, it works as well. Plus that restaurant seems to get insanely busy on the weekends as the day goes on.

Meh you're just an angry old fart. But I get it, sport bikes are kinda uncomfortable on long distance trips.

    12:30 sounds good to me!

Grandparents are getting me a gift.

Debating between hero3 white or the hero3+ silver.

I'm leaning towards the silver, especially because it's good to 197' underwater

Not that I can tell. I had the saw throttled right up there, cutting through an 8-inch applewood log, when I found it. I suspect that the chain absorbed all of the damage. I took the bar off and eyeballed it before I started resharpening the chain, and it looked like it was still true. And the chain spun by hand without any extra drag or catching, so I think I got lucky there.

She'll still need your help and your wife's help, Billy. Lots more life advice and guidance left to give
