When you are posting pics from mobile, use the upload pic, not the 'Attach' then they come out full sized./

    Looks good though.

I'm at a crossroads right now. I want the Spyderlock Beadlocks in Black on Black. But thats going to put me at $2k for 4. Black would be another 400 on top. Could just grab them and paint them myself. Damn I want a deal though. So many other mods I could do with 2k, that could be the start of my Rotrex SC

    Just a pic for reference.

Nice truck! Looks really good with black wheels and bumper. Love the Pyrite Mica.
Do you like the Method 105 beadlocks? What about Hutchinson's?

What lift do you have? I see your truck on here a lot, think the lift looks perfect.

Hi guys, this is my first day/post on tacomaworld :)

@jward2331 I like those rims. I am getting a 2015 (black) 4x4 v6 access cab with the Sports Pack. I would love to have black rims since the truck is black. How much did you pay for the powder coated matte black upgrade? I live in the SF Bay area. My local body shop quoted me $250 each rim (powder coated). Is that a lot? They said they would sand and bake them, unlike spray or dip. I don't do any off road stuff, but I would like to drive the truck to death valley once a year. Should I spend the $1000 on new rims/tires? I am getting better gas mileage with the stocked tires, right?

I don't know much about cars. Any help would be appreciated!

I had my stock steel rims done exactly like the rims in post #384 at a company called Bells powder coating In Massachusetts. I paid $280 for all four rims to be sanded, chemically cleaned, powder coated and clear coated. http://bellspowdercoating.com/

I would say that $250/rim is outrageous. BTW baking the rims is part of the powder coating process so I am not sure why they made it sound like a bonus.

Looks good. always liked the look of an runner. Would have preferred it in DC though, being a street sled and all/

I was planning to do a DUBS build on mine with tubbed wheels and bags. Yeah, NOPE - went the complete opposite direction after a couple close calls due to bad drivers locally and accidents
