so today was calves chest and quads. I decided to keep it upper chest and focus on the muscles in everything so lighter weight and really got the blood pumping

Seated Calf 25 reps 3 sets @ 140lbs toes pointed norm, in, norm (its a cable machine)
Seated Horizontal Calf 25 reps 3 sets @ 110lbs toes pointed norm
Calf extensions (45 degrees) 25 reps 3 sets @ 90lbs toes pointed in

Peck Deck High Grip 15 reps 4 sets @ 145 lbs
Smith Machine Incline Bench 12 reps 4 sets @ 90lbs slow down, pause, slow up (3-1-3)

    Hack Squats 12 reps 1 set @ 70lbs then 12 reps 3 sets @90lbs
    Wall Sits 1m 2 reps

Figured Id make it an easy day and focus on some weak points, also we're spending all day at six flags so I dont need my legs to be dead whilst im trying to walk the entire park

I don't care for either one really lol and I'm a UTK fan so can't really talk shit to anyone as we will, as always, suck ass. But my mom lives in SC so I'll pull for Clemson. Should be a good game either way. Too bad I'm fixing to board a 7hr flight and will miss every game nearly

Butch Jones has them going in the right direction though. SEC east is weak too especially since UF is down.. I'm a UK alum but grew up in Knoxville . UK frequently gets top 25 recruiting classes but unfortunately they'll still be like the 12th ranked SEC class. There's just no hope for us to become a power because there's not a ton of talent in KY like there are in GA, FLA, LA, and even TN, and they can't go up to Ohio to steal away OSU players.

On another note. I had the worst cheat day in a long time. Drank beer all day, ate burgers and hot dogs for both meals. Also intermittently snacked on chips all day. Oh well .. Fuk it. FOOTBALL SEASON!!

SEC East is weak?! They've got 3 teams in the top 25, including the Dawgs, who allowed a total of 16 yards in the 2nd half against Clemson, who has one of the best defensive lines in the nation. Not to mention, Gurley, who had 15 carries for 198 yards, 3 of which resulted in touchdowns, and a 100 yard kickoff return for a touchdown. #completelyunbiased #gurleyforheisman Brb, going to subscribe to the NCAA thread lol

That is what I commonly refer to as Saturday :anonymous: Yesterday, I drank 20 Bud Light's and ate a footlong ham, pepperoni, bacon, and cheese Subway sandwich

    sig'd

On a fitness related note, my back is sore as shit. This upper/lower split has me doing deadlifts 4 times a week and my back is screaming! I've also been doing bb rows, which make the upper back sore, as well. I love it!

The only time I ever run is when we go on vacation. Since the gyms are usually exceptionally shitty, I usually go run on the beach. So, I do cardio about twice a year lol. I do still throw in a tabata or 2 in at the end of my workouts each week. I feel like that's enough for heart health, which is the only reason I do it to begin with.

Well its raining so I have a bit before I do it. It just sucks to run at this elevation. If I was at sea level I'd run a mile or 2 a few times a week
