Mine should have been ready any day now (4 months). Sent an email last week to see if its done yet. I've heard it takes about 3-4 weeks for shipping (Fastenal), at least to FL. Cant wait! Question, did you guys pay him for shipping or Fastenal?

Cool, thats what i thought. thanks.
I recently remember reading about someone saying that Fastenal was wanting to get paid when the guy went to pick up his bumper. Might have been a different company or something.

Shipping should have been paid for in the finale invoice and definitely call fastenal to check on your order, they had mine for awhile and then finally called me.

Has anyone heard from him? My rear bumper was due to be done on 5/21. The last email I got from him was on 6/26. I have left several emails to get in touch with him.. I'm a REALLY patient person, but this is getting a little ridiculous. I got one of his first hybrid front bumpers... I LOVE it! Get compliments on it all the time.

His work is really top notch. Spoke to him on the phone when building the front bumper. Seemed like a really nice guy and would build anything I asked for.

But at this point 17 weeks late and no word back.. Any communication would helpful. Not trying to bash him, sometimes things come up. How hard is it to send an email out letting people know whats going on?

I'm going to try and reach him by phone on tuesday (9/2)... Hopefully his number is still the same.. Wish me luck!

I thought I was the only one not getting a response back from bruteforce. with customer service like that, I definitely don't want to deal with them. im going a different route, sos concepts.
