A lot of crap and too much money spent
Is this place on the grape vine? Just looking at the map trying to figure out where it is. My youngest and I will be going out Friday morning and camping somewhere. I still need to figure this out. I looked at the website but I didnt see anything about camping.

On the grape vine. Technically called hungry valley ohv. There are a bunch of marked campgrounds when you get in there. Just let everyone know where you're camped so we can all meet up.

I vote for a camp out...200 miles x2 plus wheeling in a single day is a lot of driving.

Alex, Gorman is on the "Nor Cal" side of the Grapevine. It would be about hour or so to get into LA from Gorman.

Yes sir! on the Grapevine about 15 miles or so once you make the entrance into the Grapevine from the North Side. The first place you come to is Frazier Park, Gorman is the next town (Hungry Valley)...It's 8 miles or so off the I-5 it looks like.

Ok so I'm probably going to head out there earlier in the day on Friday. Let me know what campsites you prefer and ill try to get them early.

FYI, of you're definitely interested in the 4wheel parts thing, keep in mind they usually setup near Aliklik campground. While they usually put on a pretty decent event, there's usually not much to see at these things. Couple cool vehicles and a bunch of parts for sale and usually a raffle.
