Best 3" front lift/ level

    If your only going to lift the front these lifts won't work cause you will be way nose high with a 3" lift up front and nothing in the back. I'd say just go with front 5100's and call it good if you just want to level her out.

    I do want to be nose high. Not just level.

    What's is everyone's opinion on the icon extended travel with total chaos UCA? Would this be a good lift and smooth ride? Also, does mid travel require any extra parts or out any more stress that a normal travel lift. For the money, mid travel seems like a better option.

    Depends how much you want to spend. I spent $700 shipped on 5100s on 887 coils preassembled with a 1.5" HD AAL in the rear from Wheelers Offroad (this leveled me out at 3". If you want a bro lean maybe just get a 1" AAL in the rear). Having them preassembled made it so much easier, having OME 887 coils gives it a smooth ride and a 3" inch lift. Out with the old setup, in with the new, didn't need to wrench around with a spring compressor. I didn't need a new UCA either. But if you have money to drop, go with Icon/Kings/etc. I'm happy with my setup, and allowed me to have money leftover to buy Konig rims.

    Icon all the way. Sounds like money not a problem so icon stage 4 minimum for you. Icon uca's also.

    I thought you could only go up to 3"? Wouldn't you get too much lift and eliminate your down travel if you install 886 without some front weight?

    Yeah, but do 886 have a higher spring rate than 884, 885, and 887, or do they have the same spring rate and are just longer than 885 and shorter than 887?

    Maybe I don't know what 886 is. I thought they were just taller 885's.

    They are taller than 885's and 887's

    They also have a higher spring rate to carry greater weight

    Okay, I think I get it now. 887 is for a full 3" on a DC without using top plate spacers?

    Yup. It started out 4"+ but settled nicely at 3" with no front armor just some BAMF sliders and Relentless IFS and mid skid. 887 are a tad longer than 885s but same coil rate as 885s. Thanks to OZ-T for trying to help clarify. Ask YotaDan at Wheelers if you have any questions, he helped me set up a nice suspension package for my needs and within my budget. He was the one who suggested 887s

    I've actually spoken to Dan from Wheelers in person. He really knows his stuff. Wheelers is only a 30 minute drive from my place. It's nice to be able to buy parts and not have to pay shipping.

    I went 884 and dakar on mine since I'm 4cyl AC and want a rake. I finished with 2.75" if lift in the front and back.
