I just used them put my OME setup in. There are 2 of them in the set, and they work just fine. No death trap in them.

Agree with Zach. Use two, compress each side a little bit at a time, impact driver, stand to the side of the springs :) and it seemed OK. I don't know if I'd use them for the 700# coils though. I paid some mechanic in Renton $70 to assemble my 886 coilovers.

I finally went to Mule Expedition Outfitters today in Issaquah. Nice folks, nice little shop. I picked up a Trasharoo pack and a TJM Tyre Repair Kit. Oh and I couldn't resist a XXX Root Beer cheese burger. Yum.

I would love to except just sold our family cabin so have to help move a ton of stuff out tomorrow and Monday.. Just got home, incredibly foggy on top of Snoqualmie, couldn't see more than 20 yards (if that) in front of me.

Starting Thursday Ill have pretty much every morning open until something comes up though. Where are you looking at to go Grouse hunting?

No. Not without others. And I don't think the wife would want to do it. I was thinking tomorrow or Monday. Interested in a small run? I don't have on board air, so there wouldn't be much airing down...

Brady, go spend $60 at harbor freight for one of their cheap 12v compressors. That is what I have and it does the job well enough until I can get a good one or on board air.

So does anyone know of places to shoot up in the mountains near Everett? I'm hoping for around a 1.5 hour drive or less. Thanks!

Everett...mountains? No such thing. 1.5 hour round trip won't give you much, if anything. Take a look at Mount Pilchuck, which is east of Everett.
