Here ya go! More pics coming this week though!

    Setup summary:
2012 DCSB, 5100s + 885s at 0 front, AAL rear, full set Relentless 1/4" steel skids, Relentless bolt-on sliders, Badlands 9000lb winch w/ remote solenoid + Amsteel Blue synthetic line, (2) 4" Rigid Industries E2 LED bars, driving pattern.

Generally I'd say this bumper/winch/line dropped my front end another 3/8". Might be looking at going up to 886s or the longer 885s (887s I think?). Overall very happy with the product. Fit is great and looks super clean. The Rigid LEDS ended up not fitting (3/8"+ too tall) so they actually sit flush with the inside of the bucket, which I think looks good. Only complaint is that the shackle holes are a little tight for my liking (ended up with no paint on the hole and no paint on my CM 6 1/2 ton shackle pins). Would recommend regardless to anyone. Excellent product.

Looks good! What winch? I have the 2" square sirius lights that I need to install. I am in the process of adding a factor 55 1.5 fairlead and a factor 55 flatlink to my winch line. Waiting on my synthetic line fids so I take the stock hook off. I think I want a little more rake on my truck, so I am going to raise the 5100's up to 0.85 with the eibach springs, and then put the total chaos uniball arms on. I should be busy next week! I am ready to get everything finalized!

I too recommend the holes be larger in the d ring mounts. I had to remove the line-x from the hole, and would have loved to have left it in there. Other than that, awesome product.

Very nice! Email me some high res photos. Just reply to your sale invoice you received from the store.

I've had a few guys mention the shackle holes. Here's the deal. They invariably end up rubbing all of the paint/coating out of there anyway and we need to keep the tolerances tight or the shackles flop around. Also, shackle pins vary, we build these to accommodate our VanBeest shackles and they are right at .870" so we set the hole at .906" which is a 29/32 bit. This gives .036" for the math impaired. If we make them bigger then someone will say they are too sloppy and since we use 1/2" steel for the shackle mounts it's easy to do.

I messed with these dimensions quite a bit with the FJ bumpers over the last 2 years and just simply had to settle with using a size that I KNOW will work with a quality VanBeest shackle. But yeah, you probably need to lose the paint in the hole. So you use paint, JPA2002 uses Linex, someone uses POR-15..the next Rhino.. how to compensate for various thicknesses? See the problem?

The Chinese shackles, even some I've carried..same brand/PN... would vary from batch to batch which didn't help things either.

I used Crosby shackles and they fit perfectly. I have a Smittybilt shackle in my garage, would NOT fit, not even close. I guess don't use cheap shackles!

Well.. the Chinese stuff is definitely more inconsistent but shackles will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer that's why I list the exact ID of our shackle mount holes so you can check your pins... or just buy Van Beest from me! :)

Crosby makes good stuff for sure.

No worries about the shackle pin holes. I completely understand the issues that you're dealing with trying to come up with a solution for everyone. Only thing I've seen crane guys do is overdrill the holes a bit and then use a teflon or nylon bushing insert of various thicknesses to tighten it up with the shackle. Just tossing out an idea.

The Columbus McKinnon shackles I have are straight from American Crane, so they're of the overhead lifting type (6:1 design safety factor), capable of being side loaded. With the powder coat they put on, end up being just a tad bigger than the VanBeest ones. My mistake for not checking!

Will do, I'll send what I have now and will send more later this week.

    Thanks again!

The stock Toyota bumper mounts bothered me, they are made for compression not tensile force. I added bumper braces.

Nice! Did you make the bumper brackets? Also, is that the stock suspension on the front? If not, what exactly are you running up front.

Currently sitting on the stock TRD Off Road suspension. Just got to get around to putting the skid plates back on now.

I found some trim pieces to go on the bumper where the tab holes are. I will put some pictures up when I get it and see if it works.

    Super nice job guys!

Some U shaped edge trim with adhesive backing will probably do the trick, it's sold in various sizes (widths/depth). Share part numbers, etc if it works.

A fellow cold laker!!! Where'd you pick up your shackles? Diggin the black but they are tough to find here, or did you have them coated yourself by someone? Hoping to put my bumper on next weekend.

    Brad,
What's the best/ easiest way to remove the sharp edges on the bumper?
    Thanks,

Well... just like any other piece of metal I guess. Depending on what you prefer to remove and how much you can use anything from a file to a 4" disc on a Makita, etc. Personally I use a 4" grinding disc on my Makita grinder unless I'm wanting to carefully profile something then I use a good ol' flat file.
