This one get a busted up mini-van always parked blocking 1/4 my driveway. His tags are 5 months out of date and safety is 6. Faka even drives it on the road still, and always blocks my driveway. 2 months been like this.. starting to get annoyed, not even see him ever to tell him move it.

    What would you do?

Cops aren't an option? That's a whirlwind of hurt that would be coming to him. Talking to him probably wouldn't be an answer if it's been going on for 2 months.

If someone blocked my driveway I would politely leave a note on their car and if it kept happening call the non emergency number. Have someone come out and take it from there.

Technically can be towed.. not allowed to block someone else's driveway...

Yeah, you can be nice until it's time not to be nice. I would politely ask the guy not to block the driveway. After all it's a major inconvenience and a safety issue if you can't get out or emergency vehicles can't get in.

If the guy decides to be a dick and still block your driveway after you politely ask him not to, then I would have him towed or at least ticketed for having expired tags and inspection.

not supposed to park within 4ft of a driveway.

I'd call the cops, he'll get a ticket for parking and maybe more for expired tags.

Some dick called the cops on me and I got ticketed for parking inside the 4ft....there was plenty of room to drive a car in too, and I was only parked there for maybe 90min.

    Ewa Beach though.

find a Police friend and have him run the plates to see if there are any outstanding warrants and ask him what your options are

A small rock in valve stem cap works almost as good. plus they wouldn't be able to see how the air is leaking out either.

actually years ago someone put rocks in my valve stem but the next week they punctured the tire. I don't know what I did to them. I think they got me mixed up with someone else.

id leave a note on his car to not block the drive way. then the next time if he does just get it towed. If you say by chance drop nails in front of his tire it might end badly after all he knows where you live.

I wouldn't have left him a note asking. If he doesn't and you have it towed now, he might retaliate and he knows it was you.
