Where else can you drive your Tacoma on Labor Day weekend and have an entire beach all to yourself?

Left Saturday morning at 8 and was on the beach before 2. Not a single other person there... awesome! Back home yesterday afternoon.

Did anyone do the Welk Run ('Drug Airport')?

 

Hit up gas lamp for a last minute trip with my buddy, his wife and a lady friend. Hit up Hodads in ocean beach and holy crap those burgers were great and huge. Definitely going back again but getting onion rings this time.
