Haha I say it about everything.

"Don't do squats if you don't know what you're doing; you'll go straight to snap city."

"I was trying to curl 50 lb dumbbells to impress these bitches and took a trip to snap city"

"This loser thought he was benching 305, but he was bouncing it off his chest like a bitch. It bit him in the ass though b/c on his last rep, he went straight to snap city"

I may. I did them freshman year but without any serious weight.. Like maybe a 25 lb bumper plate on each side. When I maxed I did 250 without feeling like my back was under any strain.

Haha.. not all ROTC cadets are douche bags, most are, but not all

I sure do love being sore though, it makes me think I worked hard... but being sore right after a workout is something different.

Make sure you arent lifting heavy weight just to lift it, dont try to lift with your ego..

Deadlifts and squats work almost every muscle in the body, so doing them will make all of your lifting #'s go up, if done correctly.

I love being sore too. LOVE IT!

And as far as lifting heavy goes, I try not to compromise form...unless dem bitches are looking #kidding

nice man. i did the 2011 USMC marathon in DC. that was my first and only marathon. i've done quite a few halfs and didn't really need to train too much for them, but damn... 26.2 miles sucks lol. glad i did it but don't feel the urge to do another one anytime soon.

really??? 185# isn't even your body weight dude. put in the time to get your core and entire posterior chain beefed up and you'll have no need for a belt until you go for big #'s. i'm sure you're much stronger than you think

belt is still good for safety... being injurie free is the most important goal of lifting, ya get hurt and no more lifting... shitty
