    I don't quite think you can call that cheating... They had an NFL rep at practice that said they were within the rules. Then later they were fined. The fine was because practice involved too much contact. I, and the team, will take that fine all day long. Money well spent!

    As for arrests, the seahawks are not just as bad, not even close. If you talk suspensions, the Redskins own that.
