    No. My understanding is that you can go as far as the meadows. Then you'll need to turn around and come back out the way you went in.

    both about the same... very mild trails with a few obstacles. DV is longer. The staircase on SR is more challenging than anything I saw on DV. Only remember 1 tippy section and a few rock obstacles, but nothing super difficult on DV.

    I have a winch and plan on doing gold lake next summer. I am bummed i didnt get to make up there this yr. oh well there is more trails then iv have time to get to.

    Did you try doubling the line back to the truck to increase the power of the pull or was there not enough line or no snatch block for that?
