I've only done one retrofit and it was my mini d2s which was no effort at all lol.

The only thing on eddys truck that could make it cooler is retrofits and a roof rack lol. Damn thing is sahweet!

Picked up this "14" peerunner, v6 rental today and no lie, I'm very impressed with the power and handling. In LSD mode, this truck sticks and gits it.

Haha he has "retro fits" ;) and I was more or less talking about keeping up with him on trails haha I ain't to worried about looks, I figure if I build something extremely capable, it will look bad ass lol

I thought you meant build wise lol. He's done a lot with 35s gears and lockers lately. Functionality is bad ass to me lol.

I'm hoping I can do the same too lol. I never planned on it but I'm slowly moving to the expo style route. I was gonna just build for a great weekend warrior but I'm finding myself wanting expo parts. I blame cap lol his build is getting nicer and nicer

I don't plan on living out of my truck for more than a week, I don't have anywhere I could possibly drive for any more than a day and not see a gas station. With that said I still want a rtt, bed rack (with sliders), roof rack (which would be part of my exo cage) and carry a little extra parts/food/ so on lol. So my build isn't gonna be geared for "expo" but will more of have a few things people consider expo related

Yeah I guess I'm the same way. I want to be able to do a week off-road though. The jeep guys call that overland instead of expo. Overland is more like weekend camping or day camps and I'd concider expo a week or more. I guess it'll b an overland build then lol

I love turbos, nothing like spool up and BOV engine music. Still miss my talon. :(

When It was time for a new Tacoma, it had to have the 4.0 v6 After having one in the 4runner. Love that engine, now I've got 2 of them. lol

Also 6spd FTW! From a rolling start not dumping the clutch, I can burn em off all the way through 1st and 2nd. and thats with a mechanical LSD. Torquey little bastard. XD :burnrubber:

Firestone. My buddy works there and they have some openings and it's an opertunity for me to leave my awful job with awful hours for something I enjoy and make better money doing. Everything went good I've just gotta fill out some paperwork and do some tests and if that turns out okay then I'll have the job and they'll send me to training
