Vibration is just in bumper, and noise also , pretty sure tension brackets are hitting lower part of radiator frame assembly . Not sure what UCA's are please inform .

You will never get rid of the movement. It's your cab moving freely from the bumper or vice versa.

As ^ said, the body will move separately from the bumper. If you are getting noise/vibration from the body hitting the bumper, check your clearances. If you mounted the bumper too tight to the body, it will cause them to touch/hit.
Side note- UCAs: Upper control arms.

Try posting pics and also retorque-ing the bolts. Did you lift/beef up the front suspension to compensate for the bumper weight?

You installed the ARB too tight to the body/fender flares. When I mounted up mine the passenger side would contact the fender flare under heavy compression. That is why you don't drill the last hole on either side of the mounting brackets until you clearance and test the bumper fitment, then drill and bolt those holes. All the other mounting holes have some adjustability to them.

Basically loosen up the mounting bolts, adjust the bumper away from the areas it's contacting the cab and then tighten everything back down.

Even then, I have a good inch to inch and a half of space between my fender and bumper. When I flex out it tears right into the fender, it's even dented the fender.
