Damn you monte! Got there to get them mounted this morning and low and behold my wheel is 7 inches wide. They had measure it Tuesday and told me it was a 16x7.5 which was just wide enough. But now I'll be getting 35x12.5 15 and some steelies

I did lol I'm really confused how mrbeggins did it though?

Those guys at discount tire really tried to mount it and said it couldn't be done cause I was going to take it else where.

But oh well, they gave me a good discount on everything. Just more waiting than I wanted to do

Monte, FYI, Tundra LBJ's are not compatible... Got a bone to pick with my local mech :p. Ordering OEM LBJ's right now.

Yea I'd guess the mounts for the outer tie rods are different? They were significantly smaller for 4runners.

It wasn't even close  Basically looked exactly like the Tacoma's but two sizes larger.

The 4 mounting holes are spaced further apart and are a bit larger, ball joint nut is much bigger, and yes, the tie rods are probably bigger.

You would need to swap hubs for it to work. Not sure how big the spindles are on the Tundra and the tie rods probably don't fit so you would need the tundra steering rack... If anyone could do it, it would be Frankenstein.

Hmm...swapping in a bigger spindle would always be nice. Not sure on if it's taller or not. Probably is I'd think.

That and the steering rack would be wider

    Still...hmm

Would that work better with long travel?

    Larger spindle...no

Wider rack...eh..maybe. But not great. Your outer rods would still be stock length essentially so they would be pivoting a LOT vs a longer arm
