I love turbos, nothing like spool up and BOV engine music. Still miss my talon.


When It was time for a new Tacoma, it had to have the 4.0 v6 After having one in the 4runner. Love that engine, now I've got 2 of them. lol

Also 6spd FTW! From a rolling start not dumping the clutch, I can burn em off all the way through 1st and 2nd. and thats with a mechanical LSD. Torquey little bastard. XD

Firestone. My buddy works there and they have some openings and it's an opertunity for me to leave my awful job with awful hours for something I enjoy and make better money doing. Everything went good I've just gotta fill out some paperwork and do some tests and if that turns out okay then I'll have the job and they'll send me to training

One of the guys that works there has a 1st gen on camburg coilovers and a long travel kit. It's hella sexy. No armor at all though

Idk what that position is. I used to work at Firestone, not a bad job, just too damn hot in the shop in the summer.

 

Heat don't bother me too much but I love the cold lol. I still don't plan on being there more than a year or two

 

It'll help a little on a resume too when I get out of college. I want to do something automotive related but idk what yet

 

I'm not sure if I wanna be a mechanic after college. Automotive but not a mechanic lol. Maybe if I was working on big projects or modifying high end cars or restoring. There's not a whole lot of money and not a whole lot of enjoyment doing oil changes and other maintenance for a living.

I'm always down to learn more about cars! My gf always tells me I should work in nascar or something like that where I can tinker and watch whatever I did perform. The best thing ever was when I was working on European cars was watching or riding in them at WOT screaming down the highway or track and knowing I made it do that. That's better than any paycheck ever
