What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Wired in my reverse cam. Spliced the reverse wire from the head unit to the acc wire, then ran the reverse wire from the cam to the same acc and spliced them all together. Then plugged the cam into the av instead of reverse cam plug so I could have the reverse cam on whenever I want. Just need to adjust the camera now

 

LOL. Nope....white like my bedrail lights.

Painted the chrome rings on my wheels. Used Duplicolor's black matte wrap.

 

Not on the truck today, that's tomorrow, but took delivery of my 250A alternator from Bill at Marion Bumper to Bumper (a vendor here), and a Goodyear Gatorback belt, for installation of the alternator tomorrow.

 

Honestly, I've never really liked these rims much... But with the all black, they look freaking awesome. Love the way they look on your truck

No I have aftermarket. It was pretty simple to do

 

retrofitted into the headlamps and fogs or just replaced the bulb?

 

I got a few of these puppies with the intentions on mounting a couple under the hood. We had a long power outage one night. One of these on a 12V Gel Cell will light up a room enough to read a book with.

I ordered mine from a company called Manafont. Shipping took two weeks from China and was free. Not sure on shipping at this place but the lights are about the same price. The only drawback is you need to put some silicone at the wire inlet to stabilize the wires better. Manafont is no longer in business, shucks, they had some super cheap neat stuff. Got myself a couple of high powered LED flashlights to use for hog hunting from Manfont. They had red, green and white LED modules. Over here the same light with charger and two batteries was over $100.

 

What camera do you have? Is it in on the bed handle? I have been wanting to do this since I put in my pioneer HU. I have seen some pretty cheap cameras but seems like you might get what you pay for....on the other hand the factory camera seems like a rip!
